_hi. if you made it this far and you're reading this, thank you so much. making this record was terrifying and overwhelming. the response to the record has been even more overwhelming. it's unbelievable to me. the entire thing wouldn't have been possible without the support of my friends at YK and TELEFUTURE. it also wouldn't have been possible without you. this record is the product of lots of work and life stuff, but even more so it's the product of the kids commenting on three year old soundcloud tracks, and the people writing about it online, the people who felt enough of a reaction to reach out and say something about it. that's an intense thing. and i'll be forever grateful for that. that keeps this whole thing going. ___matt
